GST Registration
Eligibility:
Any business whose turnover exceeds the threshold limit must register for GST. The threshold limits are:
Rs. 40 lakhs for goods suppliers (Rs. 20 lakhs for businesses in special category states)
Rs. 20 lakhs for service providers (Rs. 10 lakhs for businesses in special category states)
Documents Required:
PAN Card of the business or proprietor
Aadhaar Card of the proprietor
Proof of business registration or incorporation (Partnership deed, Certificate of Incorporation, etc.)
Address proof of the business place (Electricity bill, Rent agreement, etc.)
Bank account statement/canceled cheque
Digital signature (if applicable)
Photograph of the proprietor/partners/directors
